Terms of Service

By accessing or using AngliTrust, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

AngliTrust is a Christian community platform dedicated to faith, fellowship, and worship. All members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, integrity, and respect for others. As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all users with dignity and Christian love, regardless of denomination, background, or opinion.
• Share content that is edifying, truthful, and consistent with Christian values.
• Refrain from posting content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of other members.
• Not impersonate clergy, church leaders, or other users.
• Not use the Platform to spread false doctrine, heresy, or content contrary to core Christian teaching.

The following are strictly prohibited on AngliTrust:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, nationality, or religion.
• Sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content that does not align with Christian values.
• Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or fraudulent content.
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any community member.
• The promotion of cults, occult practices, or content that contradicts core Christian doctrine.
• Sharing of copyrighted material without proper authorisation.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations of these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at the sole discretion of AngliTrust administrators.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. Each account must represent a real individual or an officially recognised church or ministry.

You retain ownership of the content you post on AngliTrust. By posting content, you grant AngliTrust a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post — including scripture quotes, sermon material, images, and audio — does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Church ministers, clergy, and ministry leaders may upload sermons, worship recordings, and teaching materials. By uploading such content, you confirm that you have the legal right to share it and that it is consistent with sound Christian teaching.

AngliTrust reserves the right to remove any sermon or media content that is found to be doctrinally harmful, legally infringing, or in violation of these Terms.

Church pages on AngliTrust are subject to a verification process. Verified status is granted to officially recognised Anglican and Christian churches and ministries. Misrepresenting your church or organisation during the verification process is a serious violation of these Terms.

AngliTrust provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors.

AngliTrust is not liable for the theological accuracy of user-generated content, including sermons, posts, and commentary. Users are encouraged to verify all teaching against Scripture and sound doctrine.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngliTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. AngliTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the community.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your content may be removed. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of AngliTrust after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
